What are the dimensions of this tank?

A friend of mine is going to a halloween party this weekend dressed as Michael Jackson and is thinking of taking his 2 little nephews along to complete the costume.

I'm not saying i'd want to "jam" the tank full of fish but rather keep maybe 25-35% more fish than what you would typicaly see in that sized tank.

What I meant to say was stocking density, not stocking rate. We are planning a house remodel probably to start in the spring and want to include an in wall aquarium and it appears that a 180 is the biggest we will be able to go with. I do however have some extra 300 gallon Rubbermaid stock...

I know this is very unamerican but I am not a big fan of pizza and if it comes from one Pizza Hut or Dominos i often get a bit sick to my stomach from it. If I have to eat it I prefer the thinner crust stuff.

What determines the stocking rate of an aquarium? Is it the size of the aquarium or the volume of water. If I have a 180 gallon with a 300 gallon sump can i keep more fish in that tank than a 180 gallon with only a 50 gallon sump??

I just plumbed up my new tank over the weekend and used regular PVC glue that I do on my regular plumbing jobs. Never read anything about it being a danger to the tank.

Your tank looks great. I just upgraded from a 55 to a 75 over the weekend. Can't wait til I've got a year of growth in it!!

What about 250w x 2 over a 75 gallon with an open top?? Sorry to thread jack but I just set up a 75 gallon and am going to look at a 250w x 2 tonight that I found on CL. Didnt know if that would be too big.

I'm shopping for a new skimmer for my new 75 gallon and this seems like a good buy. Anyone have any experience with them?? Are they good skimmers?? I currently have a Seacrap 100 which I have yet to get to work.

I have the 48" with only 2 bulbs and it did a decent job of lighting my 55. No issues. I upgraded to a 75 so I am probably going to be adding this same fixture you mention to the one I currently have. The AquaticLife systems are made so you can attach 2 of them together to look like 1 fixture.
