I had a rio pump also the 1200 it lasted about a day than burnt out they are junk. Just buy a better brand that has about the same out put.

Forget it i found some info on them. I dont think it will be ok liveing with a tessa. They only get to about 2 feet. Where as the tessa gets almost 6 feet. Bummer cuz the reverse is really cool looking

How big do they get? Is a 125gal big enough?

At what size was the tessa when you got it? and how long has it been in your 75?

Do you have any feeding problems with haveing 3 in one tank? Do they ever fight for food? How much live rock do you have in your tank? and what kind of lighting and how much? Nice pics could you post a full tank shot if you have any?

It does have a opening at the front and at the back that opens and closes when feeding. It will also close breefly when lights come on.

The silversides you are talking about my lfs dont carry them. Or at least they dont show them in the catalog. Would feeder gold fish work???

Nice pics!! I have read they will eat alot and just about anything.. Would a maxi reef wet/dry mr200 be enough filtration for a 125? How offten do you feed the eating machine and how much??? Are they a shy eel? like only come out when its feeding time? Or are they out and about alot of the time?
