With the reflection it looks like two of the PH are in the tank but there is only one. Also the CL is off in the video, the only flow is coming from the one WP40 and the small temporary return pump from the sump. WOW that is a crappy video.

Tank is about 80% full now so I turned on the CL and dumped in two buckets of salt and some of the sand. I need to go out and buy more today. I only want a 1"-2" sand bed. Also waiting on the glass shop to cut the glass....who knew that I would have to wait 3 days for six small pieces of glass...
