I had the same problem with mine. Honestly, besides super glueing each individual polyp that falls off back onto the rock, there isnt really much you can do. I only have one polyp left on my rock and I placed it up in a medium flow. What kind of flow is it in?

find a smaller version of a roller. that is what i used and I probably only have 4 inches between the wall and my tank. just buy one of the real small cans of paint and you are set. probably wouldnt cost you $10 to do it
