We have found some of our fish don't care for the paste consistency. The last batch we made was too fine and the fish didn't care for it as much. I would imagine some of it is what they get used to and what kinda of fish you have. It seems to work best for us to use the same ingredients...

You acclimate it just like any other fish from the LFS. You should not ever put anything back into the wild if you decide later you don't want to keep it. It is fun to watch something you caught mature in your tank. It can however be a nightmare if you don't research what you are getting or...

I think the name is funny! Caught that earlier in the thread and thought it was ironic. My dad had a niger for years and I've had mine 1 1/2 and they are both very peaceful. Fish are a little like people, some are just mean. Honestly though, if you are set on keeping him, I would keep him alone.

That little sucker would be GONE. It is only going to get worse with time and eventually he will kill everything else in the tank if he has already destroyed that many fish. How big is your tank? I would feel 10 times worse watching him kill all the other fish than I would getting rid of...
