    I would start with some shrooms or zoos. Easy to care for. Your temp is fine where it is. No need to lower it. IMO 77 is a bit low. 79-80 is perfect.

    Its fine for a feather duster. They dont really care about lighting. The bubble coral is going to need more intense lighting. Right now you have 3 watts per gallon. Your going to want to at least double the wattage per gallon.
