There is some controvery over gallon size for Thalassoma spp. wrasses, but they are as colorful and active of fishes that you will ever see. If it were me, I would throw in a five stripe aka pinkface wrasse, which is amazing. Maybe a lunare...but I'm still not sure about gallon size.

The reflector is pretty much an entire semicircle. I'd rather not cut it unless completely necessary. But you don't think that it would be unsafe on either bulbs to put the PC's under the MH reflector?

They both sound pretty good to me. By personal preference I would change the CB to a flame angel and perhaps find a way to put either a lunare, sunset, or my favorite five stripe AKA pinkface wrasse into your FOWLR, but that's just me. Looks good.
