blue hippo tang in 30 gal?

After visiting several sites, I'd say the answer to that question is somewhere between the NO to DEFINITELY NOT range. But seriously I know how it feels to try and find a decent fish that isn't some scrawny goby or blenny or something. You might consider a flame angel, a sixline wrasse, a coral...

Suggestions on Fish and/or Inverts Selection!

I'd go with a Rhicondon typus... No seriously, If I had a 55 gallon, I'd take out all the damsels once it has completely cycled, or just thrown in some live sand, that should speed up the process. Some fish to consider that I like: Small yellow tang Flame angel Coral beauty angel Flame hawkfish...

    eels and tanksize

Really...someone told me that my 50g was too small for any eel, except the ever-expensive golden dwarf eel. These chaps can get up to at least two feet you know...might take a while, but hey

    Lunare Wrasse

What do you guys think about other Thalassoma wrasses, are they just as aggressive? Certainly they're are just as beautiful in my opinion. A sunset wrasse is ironically very similar to the lunar in appearance. And here's the five stripe, possibly my favorite wrasse:

    Thalassoma wrasse

Exotic Aquatics is great. Everything in there is very clean and healthy. You can tell they're serious about what they do. I have never seen tangs so massive as some of the ones I saw in there. Beautiful lunare wrasse in there too...and zebra moray...and harlequin tusks....if only I had a larger...

    Thalassoma wrasse

Looks great. Nice copperband. That's probably the only butterfly that I really like...maybe I'll get one some day, when I have a much larger tank. I would probably be inspired to do something similar to your rock setup if my rock wasn't just brown all over...everyone else's rock looks really...

    Thalassoma wrasse

Wow that's crazy. I went to Ford. I actually live in Fairview. What do you teach? Can't think of any of my old teachers that I know are still there. Good times...life was a whole lot easier back then...back when I wasn't on a full IB diploma plan, hence I'm posting at 1:30 AM, doing a physics...

    Thalassoma wrasse

Here's my not so pretty tank, but hey, I'm new to this. Fighting some brown algae and cyanobacteria but should be fixed with soon to be RO water.

    Thalassoma wrasse

Got to love it when you type 3 paragraphs, try to insert a 400x350 pixel jpg phot of your tank, have the freakin site tell you that it's larger than 500x500, lose everything you wrote, and sit here recounting your sorrows. Going to keep it short: 50g, clown, yellow tang waiting to outgrow my...

    Lunare Wrasse

I love any wrasse of the Thalassoma genus...they are all so awesome; Lunar, sunset, hardwicke, five stripe (I WOULD LOVE TO GET ONE), etc. No experience with them, but I just wanted to put my two cents in

    Seaclone Skimmer?

Wait...you have a 29 g....maybe you might get by with the sea clone, your choice

    Seaclone Skimmer?

Don't go with the SeaClone. I saw the SeaClone 100 online and it looked both cheap and respectable...but my tank almost went into disarray. It took over 2.5 months to produce any skimmate whatsoever. I know many people who have bad opinions about the SeaClone. I would refer you to my post on...
