I'm not for sure on the skimmers, many brands out there. Depends really on how much you want to spend. You can use regular rock & seed it with actual live rock. However I wouldn't recommend it for a few reasons. First you need to get something made for aquariums or that is safe for aquariums...

I think for most skimmers it does include the pump. Seems like it would have to if you think about that size for a sec.

I hear a lot of the reallly cheap ones on their are garbage. People measure their TDS & it is way up there. I got one off there though made by Pure Water Planet. Great unit I think. I haven't tested the TDSs yet, but they are a real deal company. Have a website & make huge whole house systems...

Ok it is now official that the site is not fully compatible with IE 7. Some of the games will run into the ads making them unable or not easilly playable. We are working to get this this fixed or hopefully the next IE 7 update will do something. I am lost to why this is happening, but in FireFox...
