The filter does restrict the flow, somewhat. Just add more water until it stays between the min and max lines, and you'll be fine.

The boyfriend spent the day watching college basketball (damn you, March Madness!), so I entertained myself by taking pics of my tank. It was either that or doing laundry! Comments and constructive criticism on the photography or critters is welcomed.
