I thought I had it all worked out but sadly no. Does the water level have to stay at a constant level? If the water drops an inch or more it stops producing bubbles so do I have to move it to another area.

I turned the skimmer on with the valve all the way open and the cup fills up in just a few minutes. Am I missing something? I don't believe this is right. I know their is a break in period but I cant sit there and empty a cup every few minutes. Please any idea will help.

With my tank being very deep when i drop the snails in they seem to get stuck on their back. Instead of just dropping them in is there another way so I don't have to reach in and turn them over?
