no it is definitaly not a infection it looks kike a blood drop and it is on both fins.it is a really beauitful fish.

i have a fish in quarantine,the lfs said it is a blood fin anthias.it is purple and white with looks like a spot of blood its side fins.its anal fin is yellow.does anybody have any info on this fish.

i had the same problem,in the sump look for a vortex going in to your pump.i put a tee fitting on the input of the pump and raised the water level in the sump.

i have a 175 bow,and lost two fish to ich.a flame ,maculosus.my yellow tang has ich on his fins.i started to lower the salt in my tank by taking out 2 gal. and replacing it with fresh.how long should i wait before i lower it more.

i have one in a 175 bow,he is great.he gets along with all the other fish and is always swimming around.

another good angel is the maculosus(half moon,yellow bar).it has a suitability index of 5.i just put one in my 175 and it is doing well.

i use garlic guard by seachem.soak food once a week.

you could try country critters in patchoque ,aqua hut coram,brians rocky point.

what i do with the sea weed is to fold it at least 4x and put it in the clip.it does not break apart.

you should feed your fish some nori,or seaweed selects.romaine has little or no nutritional value for your fish.
