i agree with reefraff, that would be plenty of light for most soft corals and a couple types of clams. MH is really the only way to go if you want to keep almost anything!!

yeah, a frozen fish. Look like bait fish. Thats what I use. I feed a half, twice a week. IMO, you dont need those tong things though, just use your hand.

Dude, you are getting RIPPED OFF!!!! I cant believe some of those prices you are paying for your animals!!! You really should do some more research and find better places to buy your stuff. Almost all of those prices you listed are about double of the highest price I have ever seen them for...
