    NOT EATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure where you guys are located, but the grocery store should have live clams, under the name littlenecks, cherrystone, quahogs, steamers, etc. Might have to go to a seafood market. Split the clam in half, and drop into the tank. If the angel doesn't pick at it, the honest answer is that...

Jellyfish are taking over the world, one power plant at a time...

Agreed, probably nothing to do with warmer waters, more likely the loss of key predators, specifically Mola Mola

    My new ride!

F-150 Platinum.... The Lincoln Mark LT lives!!! I think the EcoBoost falls a bit short in the car applications so far, but it's the real deal in the F-150. High 6's 0-60. It'll even outrun the monster 6.2. Hoping for a bit more then 3k-5k miles out of those rear Scorpions?

Asian pollution blamed for halt in global warming

http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/07/04/us-climate-sulphur-idUSTRE7634IQ20110704 I have always said "why bother" when the conversation turns to climate change, and the need for the US to change it ways. I said even if every American rode their bike to work instead of driving a car, it would...

    Happy 4th & B safe

Still have all of my fingers! We did have one of the big cannon shells detonate still in the tube, didn't even pop like they're suppose to, which I've had happen before, this one just exploded. Almost knocked me back, ears instantly rang, scared the hell out of me, just like a real bomb went...

    Taking your own advice

Fishbase has them listed at 35cm max. So figure around 11" for the average mature adult fish, and then 8" in captivity sounds about right (esp, for FW fish). They're in the carp family, so maybe 8 years sounds a little short... Hard to say.

    Blue reef lobster

Hmmm, only 3 species of 'reef' lobster generally are ever imported, the Debelius (the purple and orange one), the Hawaiian Red, and the Spiny Blue. Spiny Blue's really aren't that spiny, named more so for just the 2 horns they have on top of their heads.... However importers do list a couple...

    Anyone watch any movies? Redux

Sorry, out racing at the track all day (and buying fireworks ). But yea, sorta been slacking on this thread. I did see Transformers on Thursday though.... Definitely spend the extra 3 bux or so for 3D. It's the first film I've seen since Avatar (cause Avatar was mostly dark/dimly lit anyways...)...

    350 gallon tank compatability

Perhaps some room for some inverts, but even for a 350gal, I'd said you're bordering on significantly overstocked fish wise, let alone adding more... As far as that reef package, Arrow crabs eat other shrimp/crabs, and pincushions are not coral safe. Not sure what a short spine urchin is...

    Saw Super 8 Today

I had reviewed Super 8 over on my movie thread, I'll dig up the post here in a second.... I actually really liked it, the only movie so far I've ever given a 9 to.... I think I said it was just as good as E.T.... I think the only real reason more people don't attach themselves to the film more...

    lol, oops

The problem is that biased auto rags (99% of the time, anit-domestic) is nothing new within the last 20 or so years, and people are genuinely tired of it. Not all of us grew up hating our fathers, and don't view a brand negatively because of him.... We're tired of seeing Corvettes lose to a...
