well lets see my mother has a 150 reef with a sump and two rio somethings for flow and it is doing really good. enough for circulation but not overkill. i'd say two PH and a main pump would be good. HTH

yeah i would say that if you put a little piece of LR inside the "shoe box" against the right side it would look good, maybe even another piece in the top left corner

the blue-legs are a bit cheaper but can get more aggressive as they get bigger. I have watch my blue-leg rip a scarlet out of its shell. in my opinion i would stay away from the blue-legs. i would go with a a few scarlets, emarald, and maybe a shrimp or a small serpant star, snails are good...

i purchased the fuji s5000. it is a great camera, but the macro shots just aren't like the older fuji cameras. i think i am going to purchase the wide angle lens and see if that helps.

i just got a new digi cam and i am excited. i get to take pictures again...:jumping:

i have the skilter filter and a priszm protein skimmer on my tank. quite possibly over kill but i didn't feel like changing the filter again.

is you internet fast or slow? how do you sign on?

if you use AOL get the 9.0 version. it has a popup blocker. do you have a DSL or any other high speed internet line? if you do you many want to invest in a firewall.
