joejoe i had the same problem..get this fish called a gold head sleeper goby..this little guy got my whole sandbed clean in two days in my 150 gal tank...all he does is pick the sand up in his mouth and run it through his gills..worked great..heres a pick of him.

yeah you can add a coral now as long as all your water parameters are fine..theres no bio load with corals so you'll ok to add them anytime.. maybe you could start with some mushrooms or polyps they are hardy.

yeah u can add acleanup crew now...mabey try one from this site.i think there selling stuff again.that should help with your algae problem.

its funny...i went to the fish store to get like a 20 gal for my son..instead we walk out of the store with a 150 gal...3 months later this is what we have and alot of money later...but is fun checking out the tank and seeing the way everything acts in there...its deffinetly worth all the work...

stable water conditions and strong lighting...sounds like you have the lighting definitly covered.

yeah tuna it is a maxima got him last week hes about 5 and a half inches long ...seems to be doin ok so far. lighting i have three 250 watt metal halides and two 72" vho's actinic 03. thanks for the props...

you can use a hacksaw or a pair of plyers to break it into 2 or 3 pieces..and it should continue to grow at the rate it is growing before you split it.
