I just got my cleaner package yesterday and i dont know what to expect from the turbo snails. They havent moved since i put them in the tank so i dont know if they are sifting sand or if they are dead. What should i expect? thanks p.s. i thought they helped clean the glass too. Is this true?

ok let me rephrase my question. How many inverts/fish are safe to put in at a time? Obviously if they sell reef packages you would acclimate them all at the same time, but can you do fish as well? Thanks for any suggestions!
