The only reason i say SFE is that it is the hardiest out of the group u have listed and even though your parameters are probably fine the SFE is extremely hardy.
A coral beauty will be more than fine in a 29 as long as it is established. I've seen the recomendations for a coral beauty be anywhere from 20-50 gallons.
No problem. When i first introduced mine it would hang out on the backside of my LR. Then about 2 weeks latter i moved my LR around and put him on the top and he's been there the last 2 months.
I would just keep an eye on it. Remember that they can move and I would allow it to find a place that it likes. Just keep it away from filter intakes. For some reason some of them head straight for the intakes. Good luck.
If you were wanting to upgrade later on (depending on the size of your tank) you could do a small SFE. I have one in a 29 right now with clowns, a coral beauty, and a royal dottyback. I am planning on upgrading within 8 to 10 months though.
You could put an SFE in there. Just becareful with what other fish you have in there. You might also want to think about getting a bigger tank in the future too.
