I ordered a CPR Bak Pak skimmer from my LFS four weeks ago and i should have gotten it three weeks ago. It was suppose to take 4-5 busniss days to get here but it hasn't so who should i be mad at the LFS or UPS ground for taking so long?

well Viper its ok that you didn't responde sooner because its now three weeks since i ordered the skimmer and my LFS still hasn't gotten it in yet. I live in VA and it has to come from cal. so it was supose to take 4-5 business days to get it here by UPS ground but it hasn't gotten here yet so...
