Can you? Yes.. Will they pair? Cant tell but your chances are good. Will they mate? See above answer they are both ocellaris so you have the best chances for success.

No worries... your anemone isnt bleached, that is a common color for anemones.

There is nothing you can do... weather or not they bubble is up to them. There is no rhyme or reason to it, no indication of their health if the do or do not. One theory is that they bubble as a defense and as they become more comfortable with their surroundings they will not bubble as much or...

I too do not believe that its a Sebae... but without a clearer pic I dont want to say 100%. The pink foot is a give away though... You will have to upgrade your lighting even if it was a bubble tip. A nova extreme 4 bulb HO T5 light would work nicely but so would a Current Sun pod 150watt metal...

A true Sebae anemone is actually an LTA or Long Tentacle anemone... a 100% id can only be given with a pic. Many anemones have similar appearances. Do you see any verrucae on the underside of the disk and or foot of the anemone? If it is an LTA or Sebae then they prefer being footed in the sand...
