    Ultimately......will these small bubbles hurt my corals??????? My water is still clear....I hear that they can suffocate corals, but there has to be small micro bubbles in the ocean over turbulant reef flats. Which is where SPS dominates.

    Over the last 3 weeks I have been struggling big time with tons of little bubbles comming into the tank from the return pump. My LPS corals are starting to show some stress and i can not fix it!!! I run an ETSS skimmer externally plummed its been up for 2-3 months. These are a list of things...

    Coral banded shrimps will devore those things. I had a ton after tank set up and the banded ate almost every one of them.

    dburr, when you say calcium deteriating. what do you mean? I have been struggling with Calc. lately. I can not seem to get past 390. I use Salifert tests and dose with kent calk top off 100%. I have been using a 1/4 teaspoon in a gl of R/O. I just upped it to a 1/2 teaspoon to try and raise.

    Yea...thats MEG. 3.0...8.4dkh. No there wasent anything on it. It was in a good flow area.. The wholes were weird and filled with black stuff. Not sure.
