yes its doing good so far it is for a 150 gallon thought that i would go bigger on the skimmer so a little over kill but y not i had a hard time getting it in the sump but i got it in had to put it together in the sump

no you can add a bag of live sand just fine will just cloudy up is the R/O a R/O DI ?

i had low ph and it was the sand just saying some thing to try and it would not hurt when my ph is low my alkalinity is low i clean the sand and did a water change and that works for me how often do you do a water change once a week or longer?

if your ph is low your sand is dirty you need sand snails they will help and you you do a water change you need to use a siphon on the sand and get you a turkey baster and stur up the sand whin the pumps are on then do a water change that should help but if you have not siphon your sand then do...

ya it does work i had to lower my temp in the house for the tank till i get my chiller it will probably be cheeper in the long run if i get a chiller i not not know my elc. is $200.00 + month now
