    nope-my tanks int the ceiling-kidding!!! Ya i moved my sump to the basement. It will actually make it ALOT easier servicing it. As far as plumbing goes Im not sure-either 1" PVC or LineLoc

    Hey all. Starting a new project. Using a 55 gal as a sump for two 75 gal tanks. My sump is going to be in my basement so what I'm looking for is a pump that can handle a head of about 13 feet and roll over two tanks.

    Hey Tex you know what elase you could do to for your exisiting tank is take the window screening and either wrap or ziptie to eggcrate.Thats what i did with my two Ceph tanks. I had a Bimac in a 75 and an unrecognized type of dwarf in my 40 breeder. I totaly recommend that anyone interested...

    Mandarin in an aggressives tank

    Has anyone ever tried keeping a mandarin dronette in an aggressives tank? I have a 125 with a porci (6 inches) a lunar wrasse (5 inches) and a toad fish (5 inches), was wondering if they'de make a snack out of my 3.5 inch mandarin.

    Honestly no. All 3 were healthy, active, good eating fish. They all looked great til they each lost there color and started deteriating. I mean they went fast too. It onlt took a day for them to go from vibrant colorful fish to pale sickly looking fish. Once that happened it was only another day...
