Is there a fill cap on the exit hose? I have a Rena and you must fill the hose (return one) with water, even though the chamber is filled. Now on the Rena they do not suggest filling it (chamber)with water, the priming takes care of that so it builds pressure.

I too, use both Selcon and Garlic Xtreme with all foods going into my tank and can see the difference in my fishes colors, energy, and appetites. And I also believe in the temp. raising procedure for Ich. Had a small outbreak early on and raised the temp 1 degree a day to finally 85 and left it...

Every day I get up at 5, get my coffee and turn the tank lights on low. Within a minute-there they are....all up from their sleep, busy starting their day too! Would love to know what they would say IF they could talk....what do you think your fishes say? And better yet, what would be your reply?
