Yea, I think it might be a little more involved then I expected. If you have a hard time selling them let me know, otherwise I may just check locally for a bit to see if I can come across something.

I calculated at 50 pounds for standard parcel post which is 5 business days. As long as the package girth + length is no more then 84 inches, and to insure it for up to $250 it would cost less then $30. The hardest part I would say would be finding a box that's not going to be way too big for...

Yea that must not have been through USPS. They have standard pricing for the size of the box. A quote from USPS.com if it weighs 30 lbs. (which should be pretty generous) it would cost around $20 for Parcel Post. Insurance I'm guessing would be around $3 extra..... I'm at 57078

I'm not sure who would be the most reasonably priced for shipping. The PC's I just sent today by USPS which were 48" but of course not quite as thick cost me around $12 with insurance. They may be a little bit lower
