Well then I am not sure if that is what this is then. It is around some zoos and candycanes and even a monticap and nothing is showing any signs of any issues. It seems more like a nice growing rug of little pollops all connected..??.. Seems harmless and has been around awhile now.
Are you...
Cranberry, this stuff is very nice looking and is covering the rock nicely. Why would you not want yours to grow out? Is this something I should be worried about? I think it is really nice and was hoping it would spread to other bare spots.
Orange Sponge, got it from SWF with my 1st order of Clean up crew. Been with me since I went Salt. It is doing very well and getting big. I love it cause it does not require light and does well down there in the cave area.
OK this stuff started growing over the summer and has done really well. I did not buy it and i do not know where it came from or what it is.
Can you ID it? Please and Thanks.
I have had no issues with the black sand. I love it.
So Here are some updates, been a while so it is about time.
OK Enough for now. Next update in a few months.
Thanks for looking.
I picked up a few things from spankey a few weeks ago. He has a very nice tank, and the stuff in it is as pictured. Very nice and it is all doing well since getting it home. A+

baloo6969 - Are these the same as yours? If not we could trade for a diff red shroom?
MLR492 you are right down the road, lets talk.
spankey's tank is awesome and the frags ROCK! Thank you for letting me come by to pick them up.. so worth it.. can't wait to see them grow out. I can only hope my tank will look like yours one day.
I do not like the risk of betting in a single company, dont get me wrong i do ow several stocks of companies, but rather I like some of these Index ETF's. You are not buying 1 company but more like the sector. They trade like stocks but you are more protected if 1 company has issues...
I found the reading to be accurate but you have to keep an eye on it because the probes need to be calibrated often and then need to be replaced after a year or so. the probe is about 1/2 the total cost of the unit.
When i upgraded i went to black, well it is mostly black, it has some white in it. I really like it alot. Been up for over a month with the black, got pics in this thread. https://forums.saltwaterfish.com/t/322149/72-gal-to-150-gal-upgrade
Thanks Bang guy. I need to get my calc and alk in lign, then the reactor will keep them there.. right. I just completed a 10% water change hoping that will help get the levels closer to where they belong. I will take it slow with this and keep an eye on it over a few weeks.
