120 gal long with stand Orlando FL

Sorry TSWTRSKIER56, I do not have a big truck to move the tank, plus it is very heavy, actually looking for a local buyer-trader so we can help each other out with the move. HEXEDAGAIN1, I'll try to post some pictures. BABYCYANN, where are you located? what are your tank measurements? Thank you.

    Coralife PC enclosure for free

I recently upgrade to MH, I used the PC as supplemental actinic on the DIY canopy. I'm giving away the metal enclosure, and the reflector. it has the 'legs' to raise it from the tank. There are no lights, no ballast, and no cables. Only locals please, I'm not to keen on going to the Post Office...

DIY hang on tank protein skimmer

This is what I made a long time ago. It worked ok, and pulled a lot of stuff out of the water, I've been using a refugium for a long time, so I do not use it anymore. It was basically a counter current protein skimmer, the water would come thru the opening where the arrow is, and come out on...

    Crap....Crap......Crap.......CRAAAAAP!!!

Put your livestock on a new container with water form the tank, and assorted pieces of PVC so they have a place to hide and reduce the stress. Put the LR/Base rock on another container with more water from the tank. Empty the tank and move the LS to the new tank. Put back base rock, LR, and the...

    Macro algae in display tank

Some people say that they can take over the display tank, and that is the reason they do not like it in there. If you can keep it under control, then I do not see why not having it on the display. HTH.

    Is my anenome dying?

Condis require strong lighting, and meaty foods (silversides, raw pieces of shrimp, etc). They are not filter feeders Do not be oblivious to the lighting factor, without it they will eventually die.

    Bulb Anemone Randomly Died...Why???

Can you give more specifics about water parameters and lights? Anemones shrink from time to time, it is normal, if it is still attached, and the foot looks OK, then that is probably what it is doing. I would say wait a couple of days to see what it does. If you are nervous about having a 'dead'...
