i am in southwest louisiana (lake charles, fort polk, alexandria) close to the texas border. jasper, bon wier, newton. but i'll drive as far as houston for a good deal. i don't know of any reef clubs around here. all the searches i've done, i haven't come upon any yet, not in my area anyway...

well the only good places i've heard of is fintastics and aqua depot both in sulphur. they are good with fish and supplies. i have a used 55 gallon, still can't get the calcium/lime deposits off. so i'm looking to buy some live rock. i have one in town and rocks are not good looking.

i wonder if that's true of the OLD lighting, or since ODYSSEY took it over. i haven't bought the JEBO but i have seen alot say that the old ones were blue colored lighting but not actinic. so when odyssey took it over they are sold at aquatrader.com. they look like they've revamped their systems...
