It CAN be mounted in a canopy, but it will take a lot of man power and witts. haha it's not made to be mounted in a canopy but if you take it apart, you can mount it yourself. There are pics on the thread just like this. it should be down sever threads but look for one like this posted by me...

Hey! I am selling a 130watt Coralife 48" Aqualight Power Compact Strip Light . The fixture houses two 65 watt Power Compact bulbs. It is only 2 and a half months old and in new condition. There are no visible scratches or defects of any kind on the fixture or bulbs. The lights work great...

Its off dixie by Oakland. Go to Google, click on local and type in "saltwaterfish" then your area code"33***" It should come up with alot of LFS around there. I found Exotic Aquatic on there. It's pretty nice. A lil small but pretty nice. REEFMAN
