Combo bulb question
well it came with a 13watt light and im not sure what the hood can hold. I did find a 26 watt light but its a just a normal PC not a 50/50 or anything. Combo bulb question
The 3 and 6 come with the standard fluorescent but the 12 comes with a 2 pin power compact bulb. I wish the 12 came with a standard fluorescent. It would make things alot easier. :)- blankminded

I found this replacement bulb for my eclipes 12. Its a Power Compact Bulb 13 Watt Combo Blue/10000K Daylight. I was just wondering if anyone has used anything like this and is it worth getting. A friend of mine gave me his SeaClone100 Protein Skimmer. It comes with a Maxi-Jet 1200. I know its a big skimmer but i was wondering if would be able to use it for my little 12gal? Ive heard that the other tanks are better for reefs but this tank was free and ive already got my fish in it. ok ill give that a try. Ive also seen the frozen marine cuisine (Saltwater Multi-Pack). Theres also stuff like Daphnia, Krill, Plankton, Tubifex Worms, Beefheart, and mosquito larvae. are any of these good?- blankminded
