So I thought it moved but it did not. I looked intoday and BAM there it is chillin right were it was before I cut the rock so I will keep everyone posted. And no I did not see if the base was hard.

So I cut the rock off where it was at and placed it in my 12 gallon nano and was there for 3 days and then I was gone off the rock no where to be found... So if I find it I will let you know so I might be thinking that it is a plate coral because dude said it falls off and relocates it self...

You should be using the water from your tank to melt the cubes. Also I would be sure not to over feed them with that product it is easy to do. Got any pics of your setup yet if not

I noticed it about a month ago and is getting bigger ever since.
