id wait a couple weeks and test cause of all the movement with the sand u might get a spike or may not i m going by what i have down when i moved tanks and swapped out.

i would wait a couple weeks or so inthe mean time do some test to see if anything spikes thats just my suggestion. did you use everying as far as water and sand from old tank and put it in the new tank?
