Thats not nearly low enough to kill parasites. All it will do is shorten the life of your fishies. Id say raise it to at least 1.021 but like bangguy said 1.026 is perfect.
If you have small bioload, good clean up crew and good skimmer with alot of live rock, you might be able to get away with only one large change a month.
The only thing i add to the water is a few drops of vita-chem every few days, dt's oyster eggs or dts pyto every 2-3 days. I also soak the suns and sometimes fish food in selcon, zoecon and sometimes zoe.
cool, i will, have a torch and frogspawn that maybe soon could be fragged. Have some nice xenia that i fragged a few weeks ago. Let me know when you frag some leather
any corals? That will determine the lighting.
If you have half the tank full of lr, say 100 lbs you probably start with like 10 turbo snails, 10 nassarius snails, 25 hermits and see if thats enough. may need a little more but i like to start small and add if they dont do enough. This is of...

Depends on how big the fish are but figure about 1" per 5 gallons(adult size) so figure 10-14 inches for you. Of course some fish arent right for that size tank at all regardless of their size.
Lighting depends on what you want to keep, just fish or corals. How long is the tank and what do you...
Yes nonstingers can be close.
Plate, bubble, brain, galaxea, goniopora all sting or have pretty long sweepers
actually, candy cane and trumpets are the only non stinging lps i can think of :notsure:
Anyone else have any others?
Most LPS need room but it depends. torch, frogs, hammers definitely need room. But like i said , these 3 MAY be able to be close to each other.
Any other specific ones ask me and ill tell you if they need room
Frogspawn is actually LPS and it is fairly aggressive. It has pretty long sweepers and WILL sting. Depending on the size id say give it at least 4-6 inches from any other corals. Frogspawn have pretty big sweepers. Mushrooms should be ok but keep an eye out to see if theyre getting stung...
Found 1 more, with my dang blueleg thinking better of messing with it I swear , a few hermits are gonna get executed, i gotta keep knockin them away with a baster. I dont want them anywhere near it!
