yes the tank is drilled and in palm beach county. :cheer:

looks like a cpr type overflow. google it and you can see some pictures of it set up. i think the air pump is so it doesn't lose its siphon.

Here's pics of the wet/dry and the little giant pump. As of right now I'm planning on keeping the skimmer.

CGRANT - Do you know what is involved in drilling a tank that is currently set up? Like how much I would have to drain it, how risky it is, etc. my husband has never drilled glass but is willing to try if I want. I saw an acrylic overflow box on ---- that looked like the whole was drilled...

What is the best type of hob overflow box? u-tube or cpr (siphon) type? please let me know any pros/cons on any kind because I am setting one up on my 37 gal. and I need the most leak/flood proof possible on our new wood floors! thanks!
