I don't know anything about it the lfs said they are no good but who knows when ever i find one in my main tank i put it in my refum. i know they have seven lags and that they are not the same size so far they have not hurt anything if they do they will get a ride down the drain

If the water psi is too low the unit will make more waste water also if it too cold it will make more waste water. it will work and the water that it makes will be fine it just won't make as much as it should. If you have fifty degree water at ( 50 ) p.s.i. expect half the rated production...

Thats the one i have from www.airwaterice.com it works great. just make sure that your water psi is at least 35-55 psi but not over 100psi and if your water is very cold the output will be less too but the goes for any rodi unit i had to tap in to my hot water pipe too to mix it with the cold in...

Yes it's gallons per day and that's the output with the best water temp and psi that is 70-80 deg and 50-70 psi
