i have a molly in my tank and have had it for about 2 weeks. i put two false perc clowns (wild) in my tank today. one is about twice the size of the molly and the other is a bit smaller then the molly. well the molly kind of started pecking at the large clown. Is this normal behavior in fish...

i bought one from my lps and the guy just dumped it from fresh water into brackish water. needless to say it didnt last long. i got another one and i have had it about 2 weeks now and it seems to be doing fine. i bought it in freshwater and came home and drip acclimated it for about 8 hrs.

so i added some snails yesterday and this one has this feathery round thingy on its back. Can someone ID what it is? Is it a feather duster? It is kind of on the "tip" of the snail shell. apologies if the pic isnt the best....dont really have a great camera for aquarium pics.

what do you mean make sure they are glued?? do hermits mess with corals?

what is the point of companies selling the algae reef packs with the different kinds of crabs and snails if the crabs are just going to kill and eat the snails??? what is a good invert that will clean algae off of glass but wont get eaten by crabs (also reef safe)??
