you know Jake, I have 2 sea slugs in my 55. i did not purchase them. they came as hitchhikers. i also have a yellow cucumber that not long ago split into two. so that being said, i think they are doing well. there is a bit of concern tho, i have one slug that just recently started wondering...

would seem logical. my nitrates stay around 10 and my caulerpa is growing very slow, too. is yours in the main tank or a refugium? i don't have a refugium yet, mine is in my main.

Just caught my Watchman gobie eat a hermit. I have been noticing empty shells in one general... by the gobie's cave. I feed the fish a cube of either frozen brine shrimp, mysis, or blood worms. Sometimes I feel I am overfeeding. Gosh I don't want to have to pull this fish out :(

I use a sump for my 55gal. the only reason i use one is to hide my skimmer and to have something to add my additives to. i don't like the idea of dumping calcium, iodine, buffs, etc. directly to the tank itself.

Please don't take me the wrong way. SWF.com has some great stuff. Some that I can't get locally. Especially the hermit crabs in those cool shells :) My point being, when does it stop? I already spent the $75. Now I have to get another $75 worth of stuff for the "warranty" to take affect...
