To handle your algae I would toss in like 30-40 different hermits, and 5-10 emerald crabs... they kicked my algae problem right in the arse!

I had 1 stalk of Majano come in on a Bubble Coral 2 weeks ago... Today i noticed another on the sand bed so im assuming it has split at least 1 time already... Can i just pick the one off the sand bed and through it out or should i be more delicate then that?

You can actually drop your salinity to 1.017 and your inverts can still survive, iv heard Ich can not handle salinity that low. Just be sure to use a refractometer and not a hydrometer!

Ya it will eventually settle, keep your pumps on...it may also be settling more then it looks and you just have sand on the glass.
