:) I guess its some type of seal that help the live rock on a cure like a scab. When its done, it will fall off. I was able to put some crabs in the tank (thinking if it was bad the crabs would remove it) I also put 3 mollies in with some "cycle" to help the tank and that was like 5 days ago...
