IM BUILDING A 360GAL SHARK TANK AND NEED A RETURN PUMP THE ONLY THING IS wich 1? what kind of water turn over do i need also the water has to b pumped up at least 5 feet

the tank is going to b for my sharks do i need the same water turn over for that?

im building a 360gal tank and i need to know about what size pump i need to bring the water back to the display. the tank will b drilled with 2- 1" overflows one in each corner(is this big enough) i will have a 55 gal sump and a 30 gal fuge the water will also have to climb a min of 5 feet so...
