Hes been doing great since I got him from my LFS. Him and the Bubble seem to get along OK. I do plan on a small re-arrange soon because Ive got two Montiporas on the way. I cant wait for those. I will say that the Frogspawn loves intense light. I think thats a big factor of his size as well.

Dimensions of what, the bulbs? If so, the bulbs are 8 1/2" long from the end of the base to the end of the bulb and they are 2" in diameter.

I think they are in the yellow/white part of the spectrum. I just replaced these two with new Ushio 10000K bulbs and they are about as crisp white as you can get. The Ushios also appear to be brighter, even running off the same ballast as the Vions.
