Well I dont know about free or total but I think you would want to look at total, but umm... drop in some food in your tank or put a raw peice of shrimp to kick start your cycle

All I have to say is BEUTIFUL!! Good luck with your tank, a few words of advice. Dont cycle your tank with FISH!! And the WHOLE key of saltwater is PATIENCE!! If you rush and are in a hurry your going to take lives of fish and is going to have and F'd up tank at the end.
