You should put the anemone on the bottom first so it can adjust to the light and then it will move on its own.

You should feed your anemone meat like silversides at least once a week. The meat should be a little bigger then pee size. You should get rid of those ammonia and nitrites. Keep on doing those water changes every week.

Check on the bottom of your clam and see if there is any white coned snails. They kill clams.

You could get soft corals and most of the lps coals. I don't think it is enough lighing for anemones though.

I found two in my 55 and I think they either come in the live rock or if you get live sand.
