    just put shrooms under halides and good water conditions.. they grow so darn fast i had to give them away all the time,, i didnt ervan charge for them..

    just downsize a bit or cut the T to fit, if you get what i mean.. its may restrict some air causing too much return or too much pump.. Im not 100% sure on that statement but you will notice if anythign happens right away..you should be fine though

    IMO most important piece of equiptment on a tank.. it basically cleans all of the fish waste out of your water keeping the water clean for corals and fish.. without it your tank levels would be through the roof and thats not good..

    i think its a great thread, but i personally dont like the internet information or shark books information.. they are "decent" at best guidlines for keeping sharks and rays.. When someone actually keeps sharks and rays then you observe that they contradict alot of internet and book information...

    i had my grey bamboo with two cali rays, but i later seperated them because the cali rays should really have a cooler water system to thrive, id id keep them for quit awhile though.. most rays need large systems as well,, the biggest problem with the shark ray combo is that you need a large tank...

    agreed.. iw ould bet the house that your levels are somewhere way low or way high...you need good test kits.. i only trust salifert especially when dosing for things liek kalk, calcium, magnesium etc. etc.. i had a horrible experience with bad test kits and calcium in my reef,, really messed...
