    i see the drawing good ennough to figure it out i think, but no its not like you have it.. honestly once you go check plumbing out on a tank you will get everything.. just go to the LFS and you can see how its done then you will understand it all..i think your getting very confused

    i agree with crim i had a high bioload on my tank as you can imagine with a shark, eel, rays, very large tangs and two very large lions.. YET i still never had any levels in my tank.. i credit that to the fact that i had an amazing skimmer coupled with a 45 gallon sump and 55 gallon refugium...

    nope those are the colors of the grey bamboo from when they are young,, they just have grey really light stripes which eventually fade over time just liek the rest of the bamboos then they are all grey like any other free swimming shark..

    Tanks robyn,, love your tank as well.. heres a shot of my old boy and girl, kept them for along time but got over my ignorance and put them both in a friends cold water pond, where theys hould be instead of a warm climate tank..were still waiting for the pups!

    puffer is right sounds liek a majano, not good but easy to detach.. Just pinch the bottom with tweezers and it will come right off.. or just take a knife and pry at the bottom and it will detach, you cana lso inject it with very hot water and it will come right off... worked for mine anyway..

    from what ive heard bamboo sharks especially when there babys are hard to feed you can get them to eat crill or anything else that your lion will but at first you need to feed him live food like little freshwater guppys NO LITTLE FRESHWATER ANYTHING! you cant feed saltwater fish freshwater...

    you can break it or cut it with a dremel,, thatsd what i do,, but be carefull bubbles arent the easiest thing to cut
