my ph been very stable at 8.3 for years only lately i been doing water change everyday due to high no3. I just find out my ph now is only 7.8 same as new sw mix. Should i just add ph plus?

my only concern is the nozzle. what i heard is the smaller head of the nozzle will shoot out harder and farther.

so if already have a 5g pressure tank then I don't need a storage tank for fresh water right. I guest i just need one for mix salt water then.
