im sorry about the sox too, tonight the lineup was so new that Alex Cora was the veteran sock and he came aboard the middle of lat year. Anyhow, The rock and sand on SWF.com seem to be pretty straight. Should I expect a normal cycle process because this rock is very cured?

How long can I leave JUST the live sand and live rock in the tank without fish or inverts? I'm not in a hurry to get fish, I wanna make sure the environment is ready. With filter and powerheads going how long can the tank remain fishless or invertless?

Is the "premium" LR and "premium" LS thats available on SWF.com make the cycling process easier or quicker? Is the look (which is why I'm interested in it) what I'm paying for, or is there an advantage to using them?

I am thinking it would be better to have the SEIO with its wide flow even though I have read that it might be better to have 2 smaller ones. One pointed at the rock and one pointed at the sand. Also where would I place the SEIO? At the surface, middle or bottom? Whats the dilly?
