i left the lights on as an experiment. i wanted to see if the salt like grains came back on the fish, which they did not. only when the lights are shut down for the night. as far as them changing colors, that is noth the problem , i know that chromis and damsels do that in the dark. my problem...

i know that i can still soak the food in garlic, but is this common for ich to disappear and come back only when lights are off and come back on? this is a very strange situation. anybody else encounter this problem? :mad:

this makes no sense. i left my lights on for 4 days straight and not one sign of ich on my fish. then on the 5th night i shut the lights off for the entire night. and woke up to find the white grainy particles on the fish. i am lost as to why it only appers after the lights go off for a night?
