A magnificent resource for fish diseases is Fish Diseases and Diagnosis by Noga. Its a little pricey $80-120 depending on where you get it from but it is totally worth it. This is also one of the books we use down at the Oklahoma Aquarium for a disease/parasite reference.

In general I would say yes, but it all depends on the temperment of the other fishes and the angel.

The dimensions of the 90g could also be a factor as PC lights dont have the punch to get their full spectrum down as far as say MH lights so if its a 90g tall its going to get less light then in a 90g long. But I would agree with most of the above posters that your problem is most likely lights...

Yes 10k is more of a white however 20K is the blue. Each coral is different but if you go with 10k-14k with some actinic blue supplement from PC or VHO, you should satisfy the bulk of corals.
