i don't think the idea is to do it every day. you do it when something extraordinary happened that day and you had a thought. say you ate lunch, with tizzo. tizzo likes birds. then you talked about avian flu, the possible pandemic. see?

well if it hasn't given you trouble then i guess it's fine. but i prefer maintaining a certain look in my refugium as you can see in my pictures. i display my refuge.
